We have been lucky enough to visit Orlando on 7 occasions. Each time to a different villa as I never found one which ticked all the boxes for us until we got to this one. The photos are as the villa is but it is even better. What the photos cannot show you is how comfortable this villa is. To say it is a home from home is very true. That was how relaxed we felt there. The pool is by far the best we have had. My husband could not get over how clean it was. Its huge compared to the standard size you would normally find in Orlando. Also the pool deck is much bigger than the norm. Its location in The Dales, West Haven, Champions Gate is ideal. Its a really nice area with supermarkets and restaurants within 5 mins drive. We were all so happy with it that by day 3 I emailed Anthony to see if I could book it for next year which we have now secured. Anthony is a gentleman and very nice to deal with. We are so excited to get back to it again. Genuinely could not recommend it highly enough.

6 adults spent two weeks here and had a fabulous time. The villa was very clean, extremely spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished. We particularly appreciated that the decor was 'adult' and we didn't have to fight over who might have to have the 'princess' room. The pool was fab and though we opted not to pay for heating, the water was a very good temperature. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and the cost very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Right from the first communication with Anthony we knew it was going to be a great Villa, we needed to extend the stay of the villa at fairly short notice and Anthony was brilliant about it.
The pictures do not lie, the villa is amazing, yes there are some buildings still going up on the estate but in three weeks we can say there is absolutely no disturbance whatsoever.
Inside the villa the bedrooms were perfect for the 6 adults 1 toddler and an infant. The cot provided is a travel cot very similar to the one we already had a home but better padded.
The pool table was very good quality and a perfect use of the loft space. The kitchen is well appointed with all the pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery we needed and more! The pool was honestly the best pool we have had in our last 20 years of visits, a great size and very few bugs, the hot tub part was lovely and very warm!
The location is tucked off the main roads of Champions Gate so is very quiet but not out of the way, there are at least 3 supermarkets with a 5 min drive and larger Walmart's with 15 mins. All in all it's a great villa for a large group or a small group who like space! Hopefully we will be able to book again in the next couple of years!
