Sun Haven Villa
Welcome to our fabulous 6 bedroom villa located in The Dales in West Haven, Davenport.
The villa features a 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home with accommodation for up to 13 people. There are 32" flat screen LCD TV's in all bedrooms. The ground floor has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The loft has a games area with a deluxe pool table and several board games which can all be enjoyed in full air conditioned comfort.
The Patio area features an extended 28 x 12 South Facing pool and extensive pool deck along with a large covered lanai.
Family Room
The Family Room is bright and spacious, where you can relax in comfort on the 3 sofas.
Entertainment includes a 50" flat screen HDTV with a full HD cable package, Children's channels - including Disney and Nickelodeon - and Sports channels covering many sports (including English Premiership football on the NBC sports network).
There is also a Blu-Ray DVD player with a selection of movies.
A selection of books are also available for your enjoyment.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen comes equipped with a full cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, side-by-side fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser.
A kettle and coffee maker and a blender can cater for a range of drink beverages.
A full range of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, dinnerware and glassware is provided to ensure that you will have all that is necessary for your cooking and dining needs.
The brightly decorated dining table seats 8 people. The counter-top also offers a choice of options for snacks or full dining.
Bedrooms
The 6 bedrooms sleep up to 13 people and a "Pack and Play" travel cot will accommodate a baby or toddler also.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom has a luxurious King size bed and a 32" flat screen TV to rest at the end of an eventful day at the parks or on the golf course. The beautiful en-suite bathroom has dual wash basins. The large walk-in closet, dresser and nightstands offer ample storage. A "Pack and Play" travel cot is included for a baby or toddler.
Room No.2
A Queen Guest Room with modern decor consists of a Queen sized bed, a 32" flat screen TV and access to the 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. There is lots of storage in the closet and dresser.
Room No.3
A Queen Guest Room with a Queen sized bed, 32" flat screen TV and access to the 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. Tastefully decorated, this room has plenty of storage in the dresser and closet.
Room No.4
A Bunk bedroom - consisting of a bunk bed with Queen bed on bottom and single on top - offers a range of possibilities for younger guests. This room has a 32" flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom. The dresser and built-in closet offer ample storage.
Room No.6
A Twin Guest bedroom is located on the ground floor has 2 single beds, a 32" flat screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom. A dresser and closet provide storage.
Room No.5
A King Guest Suite is located on the ground floor. It contains a King size bed, a 32" flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Plenty of storage is available in the built-in closet and dresser.

The Entertainment Area offers a range of options for your enjoyment.
The centerpiece is the fabulous quality pool table where guests can challenge each other to a game, in full air conditioned comfort.
A range of board games and playing cards are available for family enjoyment.
Relax in the seating area with a good book and refreshing drink of your choice, or use your laptop / iPad and catch up with news, e-mails, social media, etc with the free WiFi internet connection.
Pool Area
The Pool Area consists of an extended 14' x 28' South Facing Swimming Pool and Spa, Extra-Large Pool Deck and Covered Lanai.
Bask in the Floridian heat behind a privacy screen as you swim some laps in the pool water, and sip a cool beverage at the dining table outside in the shade.
